7am wardrobes warranty
This warranty is provided by 7am wardrobes Pty Ltd (ABN 632 180 093) to the original purchaser of 7am wardrobe products.
7am wardrobes will, at its option, repair or replace where necessary and at our cost, products (cabinets, hardware, doors and panels) that show faults due to a defect in materials or manufacturing within 10 years from the date of purchase as shown on the original invoice as determined by an authorised 7am wardrobes representative.
warranty conditions:
This warranty will apply only under all of the following conditions:
Claim is made within the warranty period
Full payment has been received
Item has been installed for and subjected to domestic residential use only
Failure is due to the manufacture or initial installation of the product
Proof of purchase (including date of purchase) is provided
This warranty does not cover faults caused by:
Unsuitable or improper use
Normal wear and tear and natural causes such as sunlight, humidity and other environmental conditions/ factors, including fading or colour variation due to ageing
Faults attributable to accident or misuse, including glass/mirror breakage, scratches and marks
Unforeseen issues caused by the removal of the original fixing of the old wardrobe
Attempts by an unauthorised person to repair the product

Locate your invoice which proves the purchase and date of installation – to make a warranty claim you must be able to prove when you purchased the product

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits to the customer given by this 7am wardrobes warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies available to the customer as a consumer under any laws that relate to the goods covered by this 7am wardrobes warranty.
